UNA garments are crafted from exceptional materials and are designed to endure with proper care. Please refer to the care label inside your garment for specific instructions.

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify or cancel it. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

You may join the waitlist on the product page to be notified if the item becomes available again.

Payment is processed at the time your order is placed.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, PayPal, and UNA gift cards.

Orders are typically processed within 1–7 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

At this time, UNA ships within the United States only.

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes.

We hope you love your pieces. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to accept returns.

Full-price merchandise may be returned within 21 days of delivery for a refund to the original form of payment. Merchandise must be: unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags attached. Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

To begin a return, you may access your order in one of two ways:

  • Click the "View Your Order" button in your order confirmation email. From there, follow the steps to submit your return request.
  • Or log into your account using your email address by clicking the account profile icon in the top right corner of the site, then select your order and follow the steps to submit a return request.

Once your return request has been submitted, you will receive an email confirming that it is being processed. If approved, a return shipping label will be sent to you via email. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Final sale items, gift cards, and worn or altered merchandise are not eligible for return. If you have any questions, please email hello@una-lab.com.

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.

To initiate a gift return, please contact hello@una-lab.com. Once received, a merchandise credit will be issued.
